Cookie Policy
If you decline analytics, this site sets no cookies at all. That is not a figure of speech: nothing from Google is requested, and the only thing kept in your browser is the record of your decision.

What Gets Stored If You Accept
Accepting analytics loads Google Analytics 4, which sets these:
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga |
Google Analytics | Distinguishes one browser from another so repeat visits are not counted as new people | 2 years |
_ga_SQEVTVXS85 |
Google Analytics | Keeps the state of the current visit for this site’s analytics property | 2 years |
We use this to see which pages get read and which get abandoned. It is not used for advertising, it is not shared with anyone, and we do not try to work out who you are from it. Advertising and personalisation signals are switched off, and IP addresses are truncated before storage.
What Gets Stored Either Way
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
keelshift-consent |
This site | Remembers whether you accepted or declined, so you are not asked on every page | Until you clear your browser storage |
This is kept in local storage rather than in a cookie, which means declining leaves you with genuinely nothing in the cookie jar. It holds one word and no identifier. It is required to respect your choice, so it is not something you can consent to separately.
What This Site Does Not Do
No advertising cookies. No remarketing or conversion pixels. No social media trackers. No session recording, heatmaps or scroll tracking. No fingerprinting, and no attempt to work around a decline.
Pages do load typefaces from Google Fonts, which sets no cookies but does tell Google your IP address. The Privacy Policy covers that.
If you follow the booking link to Calendly or the link to our demo, you are on another site under its own terms.
Changing Your Mind
You can switch either way whenever you like, and withdrawing is exactly as easy as accepting.
Declining after having accepted also deletes the analytics cookies already in your browser. There is a Cookie Settings link at the foot of every page that does the same thing.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing that will not break this site, because nothing here depends on them.
